Harper reintroduces ACTA via the backdoor

The HOG (Harper Occupation Government) have outdone themselves again.  Less than a month after withdrawing their unlawful internet surveillance bill they have tabled a new bill that brings in all the worst of ACTA.

This is bogus back-door red herring, pretending to  “protect Canadians from counterfeiting”.  This new bill will give the extortionist copyright trolls free-reign over the online privacy and security of all Canadians.

ACTA fell apart in Europe and was considered a dead deal.  However the TPP is still alive and kicking.  Seems like we are being engulfed by an avalanche of corporate word-soup “trade deals”.

But they aren’t trade deals, they are blatant, world-wide, corporate extortion.

I can’t believe that we have to go through this crap again.  Here is the link to the online petition from Open Media Foundation. It just shows the immense power of the corporate elite over our national governments..
