Gangnam Style earns Google $8m

Google has pulled in $8m in ad revenue from the over one billion YouTube views of Psy’s Gangnam Style.  Really?  As Kim Dotcom said about Hollyweird.. “There’s so much money to be made, and those fools don’t get it. They just don’t get it…”

Instead of hounding people who are actually providing services on the internet, Hollyweird could actually get involved in providing content and making money on the internet too.  Google brought in $50.2bn for all of 2012.

Google made that serious cash just from selling links, no content just links.  So how much more money could Hollyweird make if they started selling their content online?  The ad revenue alone would be staggering.

Instead they are engaged in a war against the internet.  A war that is censoring content, making criminals out of citizens, a war destroying our rights and privacy.  A war that they are gonna loose.
